At Shanvi Textiles, we take great pride in our handcrafted, artisan-made products. Because each piece is unique and made with love using traditional techniques, we have a limited but fair return policy to protect both our customers and our artisans.1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return most items within 7 days of delivery (the date the order is delivered to you).
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
    • The product must not show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Final sale / discounted items marked as “No Return” or “Final Sale”
    • Custom-made or personalized products
    • Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shanvitextile.com or WhatsApp [your number] with:
    • Order number
    • Photo of the product (with tags visible)
    • Reason for return
  2. We will review and approve the return request within 24–48 hours (usually faster).
  3. Ship the item back to us at the address we provide (usually Jaipur).
  4. Return shipping cost: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective/damaged/wrong item sent by us.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Razorpay / PayPal / bank transfer).
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/card issuer).
  • Refund amount: Original product price (excluding original shipping fees).
  • No cash refunds: All refunds are processed digitally.

4. Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
    • We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping cost).
    • We will cover return shipping in this case.

5. International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties/taxes.
  • Refunds exclude original international shipping fees.
  • Processing time may take longer due to customs clearance.

6. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you want a different size/color/style, return the item and place a new order.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if not yet processed.
  • After that, no cancellations are possible (as products are handcrafted and made-to-order in many cases).
