2. Products & Orders
- All products are handcrafted and unique — slight variations may occur.
- Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes (GST if shown).
- Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel/refund if stock is unavailable.
3. Payment
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- Full payment is required at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping within India: 5–12 business days (depending on location).
- International shipping: Available on request (contact us for rates).
- Free shipping on orders above ₹X (set your threshold).
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery (unworn, with tags).
- Refunds processed within 5–10 days to original payment method.
- Custom/handcrafted items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Return shipping cost borne by customer unless product is defective.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content are owned by Shanvi Textiles. Copying/reproduction is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages or delays due to shipping partners.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by laws of India. Disputes subject to Jaipur jurisdiction.
